Learn how Harvard South Shore (HSS) Psychiatry Residency began rethinking its approach to resident mental health, by building something residents would actually use, that worked on their schedule, respected their privacy, and understood the demands of clinical training. They partnered with Marvin Behavioral Health to make that happen. 

One of my professors in graduate school gave us an assignment to take time in our week to look up and notice the treetops. It seemed like such a simple assignment.  I remember thinking, “Is that all?” – little did I know how difficult yet effective this assignment would be!

The mental health crisis among healthcare professionals is no longer something we can afford to ignore. Physicians, residents, nurses, and PAs continue to navigate staggering emotional demands often without the support they need or the privacy they deserve.
