What happens after I sign up?

Who are Marvin's therapists?

Marvin therapists are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychiatrists (MD), psychologists (PhD / PsyD), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW / LMSW), or licensed professional therapists (LPC).

All of our therapists have a Masters Degree or a Doctorate Degree in their field. They have been qualified and certified by their state's professional board. While their experience, expertise, and background varies, they are specialists in their field and are here to provide world-class support and solutions.

How does payment work?

Marvin believes that therapy should be accessible, and as such, guarantees that we will work with your insurance. When you sign up, you will go through a benefits check process. Prior to starting your first session, Marvin will let you know your specific coverage options and if any copay is required.

If you would prefer out-of-pocket payments, you can indicate that and Marvin will bill you directly. In addition, if you do not have insurance or have a high-deductible insurance plan, you can apply for financial assistance through our financial support application.
